The plant, which is part of its capacity development initiative, was unveiled by the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content and Development Monitoring Board NCDMB, Engr. Ernest Nwapa at an impressive event which held in Port Harcourt recently.Acknowledging the testimonies of Nigerian subcontractors to Saipem who spoke at the ceremony, Nwapa emphasised that the Board has recorded tremendous success in the development of local in-country capacity by Nigerian Companies. He praised Saipem for its continuous improvement in its in country capacity.
