Nigeria is on the verge of another round of petrol shortages as the precipitous decline in oil prices leaves Africa’s largest crude producer with fewer options for importing fuel.According to Reuters, traders and local sources have warned that new fuel bookings have shrunk because oil marketers could not get the dollars needed to buy, while the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has not been able to sign agreements quickly enough to exchange crude oil for products.
