The Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Dr. Ibe Kachikwu has raised hope over the stalled Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB), promising that the corporation needs at least one year to get it back on track.Kachikwu said NNPC needs to x-ray the issues and therefore requires extensive engagements with all stakeholders to iron out all grey areas.
