The Assa Community in Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State is in loggerhead with Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited over claims bordering on Environmental Impact Assessment of the Assa Gas Development Project.
In a letter of petition by the people made available to our correspondent, they claimed that the EIA conditions for the project were not complied with by Shell, as the same was not displayed at all designated centres
